Here at Movement ArtScience, I am committed to putting humanity first in my training approach. What does this mean exactly? We know life happens and circumstances get in the way of our goals sometimes. When we put humanity first, we can be more compassionate and understanding to each other and ourselves, so that when an obstacle inevitably appears in our path, we learn how to overcome it while extending empathy to ourselves and keep going. No more of this all-or-nothing rollercoaster mentality allowing our goals to be completely de-railed and shattering our self-image. Slow and steady wins the race.
